United Nations General Assembly 2022: Ylias Akbaraly on Africa/ US cooperation
The 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly 2022 opened in New York on September 13, 2022 and the high-level segment took place from September 20 to 26, 2022.
The United Nations Council has selected 7 priorities for this 77th session, including the promotion of sustainable development and human rights, the strengthening of global health security or the fight against climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution.
On the sidelines of this event, the Aladdin Project along with the Akbaraly Foundation organized a dinner on the theme “Africa and the United States, paths of cooperation for peace, harmony and shared prosperity” in honor of HE Moussa Faki Mahamat, President of the African Union.
