The purpose of the agreement is to implement a project supporting efforts to combat malnutrition and provide access to pediatric orthopedic surgery for students under the age of 15, as well as to raise awareness, provide training, and conduct screenings for students between the ages of 15 and 18, as part of efforts to prevent gynecological cancers and sexually transmitted diseases.

Since its creation in 2008, the Akbaraly Foundation has been particularly committed to preventing and combating breast and cervical cancers. Each year, the Akbaraly Foundation and the NGO La Vita Per Te conduct 25,000 cervical cancer screening tests and 23,000 early-detection breast cancer screenings. In 2019, the Akbaraly Foundation provided more than 20,000 orthopedic treatments at its health centers in Fianarantsoa and Majunga, as well as through its mobile unit. The fight against malnutrition is also among the initiatives carried out by the Akbaraly Foundation.
